website on our “Contact Us” page and completely fill our Contact Form.
How we will verify that it is really you submitting
the request
When you submit
a Right to Know, Right to Access, or Right to Delete consumer request through
one of the methods provided above, we will ask you to provide some information
in order to verify your identity and respond to your request. Specifically, we
will ask you to verify information that can be used to link your identity to

an Authorized Agent, that person will be asked to provide written proof that
they have your permission to act on your behalf, and we will also contact you

your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period
preceding our receipt of your verifiable consumer request. The response we

applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable
consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made
that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your
request.

to determine when such a response is appropriate
and what form it should take.
